The Story Behind the Brand

Alice's Cottage began over 40 years ago at a kitchen table in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Maryland. What started as one woman's lifelong love of sewing, art, and nature has grown into a collection of handcrafted home and gift products enjoyed around the world.

Inspired by the birds, flowers, and changing seasons surrounding her home, the founder creates original watercolor artwork that is carefully silk-screened onto fabric. From designing and printing to cutting and sewing, every step of production takes place in western Maryland, with the help of talented local seamstresses.

Today, Alice's Cottage continues to bring together original artistry, American craftsmanship, and thoughtful details, creating charming, practical pieces that bring a little beauty and warmth into everyday life.
