Cooking Instructions
1. In a pan, sauté the contents of the package in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat for about a minute, stirring until the rice is well-coated and begins to turn translucent. Add a splash of white wine and simmer until the liquid is fully absorbed.
2. Gradually pour in about 3 cups (1 quart) of hot water or chicken stock, stirring continuously, and allow the liquid to reduce until the risotto reaches your desired consistency (approximately 17 minutes).
3. To finish, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt to taste.
