Raaka is known for unroasted dark chocolate—but when it came to white chocolate, they reimagined the rules. No dairy. No shortcuts. Just rich, coconut-based white chocolate infused with real matcha, layered with a crisp, golden waffle cone cookie for contrast.
As always, it begins with ethically sourced, transparently traded cacao and ingredients, made from scratch with care and curiosity.
