How to Enjoy

Hot Tea

• Warm your cup with hot water, then discard the water.
• Place one tea stick into the cup.
• Pour in about 300 ml (10 oz) of hot water (about 95°C / 203°F).
• Cover the cup while brewing to help preserve the tea's natural aroma.
• Steep for 2–3 minutes, then enjoy.

Iced Tea

• Brew one tea stick with 150 ml (5 oz) of hot water for about 2 minutes.
• Pour over a glass filled with ice and enjoy.

Tip: One tea stick can be brewed several times, producing up to 1 liter (34 oz) of tea while still retaining its natural flavor and aroma—perfect for enjoying throughout the day.
